Accomplished software engineer, determined problem solver, Tarzan wannabe.

I like to figure things out. I enjoy taking things apart and putting them back together.

I am equal parts programming obsessed and IT savvy, constantly upgrading my skill set and fine tuning my programming skills through learning software and real-world experience.

My ultimate goal is to obtain a career in software engineering. I have an interest in app and game development for PC and mobile devices, as well as an enthusiasm for 3D modeling and cryptocurrencies.

I am a parkour coach, where I live by Georges Hébert's motto - "Être fort pour être utile" ("Being strong to be useful"). I find that maintaining this mindset allows me to become a better person both physically and mentally and allows me to overcome any challenge that crosses my path.

I am extremely excited about the future of programming and technology. I believe that the future is code, and I am excited to see what's in store for humanity in the world of technology and computer sciences.

Mark is born. The world rejoices. A tiny screaming thing, he is not much to look at to start... but time will soon show its favor to Mark.

Mark gains access to his first computer -- a Gateway. He begins his technological journey mostly playing old school DOS games such as I.M. Meen and Oregon Trail.

Mark codes his very first website using HTML on Geocities. It's a fan site dedicated to the Playstation game Parasite Eve. The website is not very good, but it sparks an interest in coding.

Mark joins the PA Army National Guard as a Signal Support Systems Specialist (25U). He gains a deep understanding of the importance of technology on the battlefield by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting communications equipment and ensuring security of all transmissions.

Mark becomes interested in LARPing. This is a live-action roleplaying game that involves theatrical improv and combat using boffer weapons in a medieval/fantasy setting. If you've ever seen the movie Role Models, it's kind of like that, but actually way cooler. I swear.

Mark's punk band plays two dates on Van's Warped Tour after winning a Battle of the Bands competition.

Mark meets his future wife while LARPing. She is the creative yin to his analytical yang. They begin working on various freelance web development projects together. He learns about the entire process of building up a web presence, including meeting and following up with clients, developing proposals and contracts, and executing against the deliverables while adhering to strict deadlines.

Mark graduates Wilkes University where he earns a B.S. in Computer Science. His primary focus is programming, but he also studies a bit of game design, development, 3D modeling, and AI.

Mark discovers parkour and it truly changes his life. He begins working towards attaining his ADAPT Level 1 parkour certification and coaching in his spare time. He builds Primitiv Parkour from the ground up as a means to develop a strong, welcoming parkour community by bringing practitioners together through progression, creativity, and challenge.

Alexander Vincent Hunsinger is born. Sleep deprivation ensues, but does not prevail. We have won countless battles, but the war is far from over.

Present Day

Mark looks to a bright, technology-driven future. He knows the ever-evolving landscape of computers is shaping our very existance each and every day. Between constant changes in the programming world, the exciting future of cryptocurrency, and advancements in robotics and machinery being made by computer scientists, programmers, and tech nerds across the globe, Mark couldn't be more excited to be involved in this field. The future is now.
